on my l 3240 i have the stock 29 x 12.5 x 15 turf tread tires on the front, last winter was brutal here in Minnesota, The turfs are great tires,but not so great on snowy / icy conditions imho, this year I decided to check aroundfor other options, I came across a cooper 30 x 10.5 x 15 tire with at tread. 115.00 each, had a chance to try them out , and all i can say is wow! these cooper front tires grip and locks in with the ground so much better. with bucket down moving snow, i can push and push, love them ! the coopers are a 6 ply, and i was told have a load rating of 2400lbs. bought them from my local cenex coop.
