I can say it was worth the wait! Brian explained the Euro hook on the top link and I decided to go with that. I also ordered the additional balls I would need for all my 3pt implements.
Installation was pretty easy - would have been easier if I had read Brian's directions
I must say he has the patience of Job in dealing with a total novice to hydraulics. As soon as I finished drilling my last holes with the post hole digger I unhooked it and hooked up my box blade. I got the 1st and second lessons in the benefits of TNT. 1st the BB was on a skid at an angle so one lower lift side was about 4" lower than the other. No problem just tilt, back under, raise the arms and let Pat's easy attach lock them in.
Of course the top link was too short so just push the lever and like magic the Euro hook snapped right over the ball.
I may not know much about hydraulics but I understand and can recognize well made mechanical devices. I feel good about waiting for Brian's work.
I just want to clean up the hose connections and then putting it to work!
