Been lurking around here since I bought my new L3902 last December and decided it was time to register. I'm no stranger to tractors/heavy equipment, but this is my first Kubota experience.

I've put it to work on a southern Tennessee mountainside, and I love it. It beats my former JD3038 like a red headed step child.

Glad to meet Y'all!

Mississippi- One of those states the wife and I have on our list of places to wander. Never been.
Almost rode the river from Iowa down, until she did the math on how far that is.
I suppose she might be right... that could be a long trip in our old 14' lund fishin' boat

Thanks for the welcome!

HST or DT?
Got the HST this time. A bit more user friendly (I think) to those unfamiliar with tractors. I taught my wife to drive it so I could use it as a lift for building our house.

Kinda whiny but I'm very happy with it.

Welcome. You're suppose to show up with questions or pictures. We prefer pictures! ;);)
The only questions I have at the moment-
Why didn't I go orange years ago!?

I'll get some pics up, in the next day or 2. been running in far too many directions!

I guess I went with the geared version since that is all I have ever used. I didn't think about even trying a HST before I bought the DT.

I've used both, but given I'm on the side of a mountain with lots of back and forth I think I made the right choice.
I like it helps control my downhill speed.
