New to the kubota world thank you for letting me join

I have just purchased a L245 and am in the process of fixing it, I came across this site and discovered Im not alone or crazy for taking on this task

Can anyone recommend a site where I can view an exploded diagram of the transmission, I think im missing some gears. My PTO will not engage and the Pto Shifter is gone
