While using my Gannon a couple weeks ago, instead of ripping the earth asunder, it did it's imitation of cat scratch fever. I knew the ripper teeth were badly worn, so I broke down & ordered new ones from these folks:

I highly recommend them- friendly, helpful, & fast shipping.
1st pic shows the crimp, 2nd the crimp being machined off, 3rd the removed crimp.

I beat the snot out of the old teeth & they wouldn't budge. A few applications of PB Blaster overnight & they tapped off the next day. Heated the crimp area of new ones with a torch & did the new crimps with a 4lb sledge & a large ball peen hammer. Before the safety police jump my a$$, I put an aluminum "cup" over the ball peen, so no hardened face to hardened face contact.:)
1st pic shows how worn the old teeth were, 2nd shows the new teeth installed.

After those get worn down a little, get some "hardened" welding rods from tsc and weld the tips. You;ll probably never replace those tips again. Be prepared to do a lot of grinding to get the sharp edge back on them. When they say "hardened",, they mean HARD. I welded some teeth on a box scrape about 12 years ago, have not had to redo them or even sharpen them.
