I'm thinking it must have been self mounted :rolleyes: guess they weren't thinking of a rear tip scenario :eek:

Not a new design, it's a roll bar for an orchard tractor. :D
They mount them in the middle of the tractor so that low hanging branches don't flip the tractor over. ;)

North Idaho Wolfman, I've learned something today!! Wonder if the owner knows what it is.

Every orchard tractor I've ever seen had everything laying as flat as possible, just to keep things out of the way of those branches. And if you bought a tractor with a ROPS and you didn't want it on(new from a dealer) you had to sign the dealer off of any responsibility.
