I just received a new BX25D (first Kubota) and the dipperstick (right joystick in & out) won't return to neutral. Started it up yesterday and the dipper extended out the second I fired the tractor up (glad nothing was behind me). I assume its not supposed to stick in the out/in position. Any suggestions how to fix this? Thanks

I am with Wildfire.......you gonna need that fixed quick like and in a hurry!
I am surprised that the person that "dropped" it off did not go through all the levers, or the dealer when they "put it together" didnt run it through its paces for 5 minutes.

SO - if you move the stick backwards , it stays in that position? there is no detent that it "snaps" in somewhere in the middle?

Tell us what happens in the future, and dont get down on the machine, everything has a hiccup or two when new!:D OK - it should not have ANY problems, but I am sure your dealer will fix it!

If it is brand new, don't even bother to try to fix yourself, call the dealer and make them come out and fix it.

Well your right, it's not normal. The first and only suggestion that comes to my mind is call your dealer and have them fix it under warranty.
I second that 110%

Welcome to the OTT neighborhood. What part of Idaho are you in?

While I agree with that statement in general, lubricating linkages is considered "'routine maintenance" so why not just try it?
As a service tech myself I really wouldn't like to see the linkages lubricated on this new machine. It can mislead you by thinking there's an oil leak in that area. I'd rather not see anyone tampering with this sort of problem and let me deal with it as it happened. The more one messes with the issue the harder it gets to track down.
