Congrats on the B2650
I just turned 80 Hrs on mine and LUV IT!!!! my bx1860 was a little trooper, dependable, agile work horse. I have the front mount snow blower and after the grand-kids commented the sledding hill was too slow, I used the snowblower and added about a 15' tall starting ramp. NO MORE COMPLAINTS TEE HEE> I would recommend the front mount blower to anyone. I use a box blade behind and blower up front works very well for me.
I just took of the blower and put the Material bucket in prep for my land leveling projects. I also have a 72" drive over mower deck, I mow about 4 acres, the deck mows better then the hanging deck off of the bx. I do live on a hill and added 2" spacers on each side and have fluid industrial tires, it is not as low to the ground as the bx. On my machine 2" spacers work fine with the 72" deck. (I know the question came up someplace)
It now has a new 30' X 40' shed which is attached to a heated 20' x 30' shed to live in. It seems happy, i know I am.
Enjoy the B2650
