(Not sure on year just yet that’s coming) I’m working on a bx23s for a friend and the entire gauge cluster does not work but everything else does properly. The fuse labeled “ignition” trips right away every time you replace it. I’m assuming it’s a short somewhere but figured before I dive into it is there any common issues with these? Wasn’t recently washed or anything just happened one day. I’ve looked up many fuse diagrams and can’t find one that looks like mine with an ignition fuse that’s why I’m not super willing to just dive into it

That's a good assumption. Sounds like a wire may have come loose and is grounding. It's probably time to pull the dash apart and look for something like that.

Wish I could tell you how to do that, but I'm waiting on an answer to that question myself! :D You might want to keep an eye on that thread.

Were all those diagrams labeled as BX23s?
This is evidence wiring has been altered from original.
Do you own a multimeter and understand how to interpret readings?
Let's wait to see if someone can tell you what's wrong based common cause for your model but I suspect you will have to "dive in" to find problem.

See the electrical diagram in post #13 of this thread -hopefully it is the correct one.
