Need lil help Elec gurus

I have the l with a cab. I bought a rear work light switch and installed it into the pre wired harness in cab. The switch is getting power from the rear light fuse down at floorboard. But the bigger wires that are stubbed out on each side of headliner are still dead, no power. Appears there should be a relay or something to power the larger size wires that plug directly to the light. Anyone have any experience?

No experience with your exact question.
But, you would think that there would be a harness that connects the electrical from the tractor, to anything electrical on the cab. Might just not all be plugged in?

And if there is a relay that is getting turned on by the switch on the dash. There will likely be a fuse for its main power somewhere as well.

sometimes you can hear relays click when you operate them. Do you hear anything?
