I need some help installing a new “Summit Hydraulic Control Valve for Tractor Loader w/joystick, 2 Spool, 11 GPM - Single Spool Float” and a “Summit Power Beyond Adapter Sleeve”.

This valve is replacing the original Kubota loader valve on my 2000 Kubota L3010 tractor w/Kubota LA481 Loader (serial # 14059).

I have already connected the 4 hydraulic hoses that go to the Front End Loader in the same positions as they were connected on the original Kubota control valve.

I am attaching a photo of the hydraulic hoses that I took off when I disassembled the original Kubota control valve that I am replacing. They are labeled H1, H2 and H3. These are the 3 hoses that I have available but I can always get more hoses if I need to.

I am attaching a photo of the new Summit Control Valve with the available ports labeled A,B,C,D,E.

I am attaching a photo of the hydraulic connection points on my Kubota Tractor labeled C1,C2,C3.

Note - shown currently is where I looped one hydraulic hose so I could use the tractor without the front loader attached. I needed to use the tractor with the 3-point box scraper to move dirt before a rainstorm.

According to my Kubota LA481 Loader manual, my Kubota Tractor’s Front Loader has the “Float Feature”. I believe that a Summit Power Beyond Adapter Sleeve is needed due to the “Float Feature”.

Attached is a photo of the new Power Beyond Adapter Sleeve.

I could really use some help getting my front loader hydraulics installed correctly. Can someone advise me as to where the hydraulic hose(s) connections go and where the Power beyond Adapter Sleeve goes.

Thank you!

Power Beyond has nothing to do with valve floating
PB does the same than as you did looping the line on the tractor, it passes power onto the three point.

On the tractor:
C3 is Power out
C1 is Power Beyond
C3 is Return or Tank

The Hoses:
H3 is Power
H2 is Return
H1 is Power Beyond

On the Valve

Remove the plug in "A" (labeled N) install Power Beyond sleeve, this will be your PB line.
"B" and "C" are the same (labeled T) this is the return line
"D" and "E" are the same (labeled P) this is the power in line

Is C3 both “Power Out” and “Return to Tank”?
