Need education on buying a FEL

I have a Kubota L3130DT. I see it can work with several different loaders, but what exactly do you need? For instance, I see this one on ebay:

Is there a hydraulic kit you would also need to connect it. Paying someone to connect it....is this 3 hrs labor? Thanks for any advice.

Mainly, is there a $500 part that is missing?

Did someone here just buy that loader? It's been there for a couple weeks and it's gone 45 mins after I show it to a bunch of tractor gurus? It looked like a good deal for a new Woods 1009 at $2,700.

Get a new one from Bush Hog. It comes with everything you need and an installation manual. Was very satisfied with the one I purchased.
