Mower deck stuck at "TOP"

My mower deck is stuck at the "TOP" height. I had just attached it to my BX2200. Any suggestions as how to get it lowered? I cannot turn the height adjustment knob in either direction.

At the right fender use the lever for "up or down" and raise the three-point arms all the way up. Do that every time before making any change. Turn the knob clockwise only.
