I've noticed the MMM on my BX2380 drifts down completely in approx. 3 days. When I park it it is always all the way up. What would be a quick check or two for possible remedy? Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

Does it have a lowering speed control knob under the seat, if it does, go to full lift and close the knob.
Your dealer will have something(or make something up) about the drop rate, if it's within Kubota new machine allowable specifications........

In normal practice, it’s a good idea to park it with the MMM down. That way there isn’t pressure on the lift cylinder to cause wear.

RCW has a good point,, for the couple seconds it takes to raise what ever implement you have on, just set it on the ground and dont worry, be happy:D

The 3pt cylinder lifts the MMM deck. The cylinder will of course bleed down with weight on it. I personally think three days is very acceptable. To prevent previously mentioned wear, which I have no idea if it would actually shorten life span of the lift cylinder's o-ring and backing ring, I always leave my mower deck height knob set on TOP when not in use. This way, the 3pt hitch is useable without dropping the MMM accidentally. The speed knob also locks the 3pt, so you can't drop it with the control knob closed.

I've repaired that o-Ring before...not something you want to have to do too often.

Nature of the beast as it does not have position control 3PH and the 3PH lifts the deck. As mentioned, use the TOP position to keep it up or any desired heights.
