This is an older B8200HST 4wd my deceased brother-in-law owned, and did not take good care of. The loader frame is very wobbly and since the frame around the radiator moves with the loader frame, the lower radiator hose is now toast.

There are only 2 bolts forward of the rear tires (1 on each side of the frame) and these bolts seem not to be threaded into anything (they look like about 10mm or 12mm bolts) and do not tighten. There are several bolt holes in the side loader frame brackets (absent any bolts) and none seem to have any threads???

Does anybody have any suggestions relating to this problem? The tractor definitely does not appear safe to operate in this condition. The loader is a BF300-A which is the correct loader for this tractor.

Unfortunately, the exploded parts manual for this tractor and loader doesn't list all the bolts that I see that are supposed to be there, and furthermore only show part numbers, no size specifications! And the dealers cannot cross-ref the bolts! It would be nice to be able to get the bolts at hdwe store. However, the bigger problem is there appear to be no threads for the bolts! Does anyone have info on these bolts?

Thanks!

Joe

Threads probably stripped out. If that's the case, you'll need to drill and tap for the next size up bolt. The loader Needs all those bolt!
