Middle buster combo

I have a BX2670. Anyone know where to find a middle buster, sub soiler, and pipe layer all in one? I'm having no luck searching the internet.

Tractor supply or everythingattachments.com As far and the pulling cable or wire or plastic pipe just get a piece of pipe and weld a bracket on it and bolt it to the shank of the middle buster,,, One thing,, when you do thid make several passes down the same line BEFORE you try to pull cable or pipe in,, remember your little BX aint a D8, so you have to it slow and easy and think it through first. Yes it can be done with a small beast just remember to plow the the patch a couple times getting deeper with each pass,, and when your all the way down,, hook up what ever your want to pull in and sump that bad girl in,, remember also that the load of what your pulling through the ground is going to be much more than what you might think. Just have fun,, errrrrr I mean work safe

If its any help, I took the mouldboard off the middle buster, and made a subsoiler point to go in its place. Could then do as Skeets said, and add a pipe to lay cable, etc.

I have the TSC middle buster; the subsoiler looked pretty long for a BX.

Somewhere on here recently, one of our members did a project where he shortened a subsoiler because it was too long, and made some other cool mods.

I've found with my middle buster after a couple of passes I have to go stand on it and have my son drive to get it to dig to its fullest depth...probably depends on what everyone's soil conditions are whether they need to do that or not. We're mostly clay.

If it don't work this time, google search agrisupply.com, then use their search bar and search middle buster. The MB and the pipe/cable layer are in the first 4 items, you will have to search for the subsoiler blade, separately. on their site...

So, maybe buy a sub soiler to get more depth, (providing it's not too long for a BX), and buy a middle buster blade to mount on it? Then purchase the pipe layer from the link in Diydave's post? TSC and Rural King are beside each other here. I will look at both places. Thanks for the input.

I (thought) I picked up a middle buster but the guy loaded a sub-soiler when I put it on my B2400 I could barely get enough clearance to move the tractor. Took it back and got the middle buster and had plenty of lift clearance...

Haven't done it yet but I pondered the same thing before spending $150 on a TSC Middle Buster that fit my Harbor Freight Quick Hitch perfectly. A local farm/ranch supply store carries an assortment of subsoiler tips and I felt that when the time came I'd be able to piece something together to make it work. So far the little middle buster has performed just fine as it came for my needs.

Thanks. I tried Saturday before the ugly Pitt/Cicny game. TSC and Rural King were both out of middle busters. Both had sub soilers, $10.00 higher at RK. I wonder if the long sub soiler would work on a BX if you put a short top link on to lift higher?
