Mid-PTO drive gear bearing self destructed

On My b7300 HST The gear that drives the Mid PTO shaft has a bearing that came apart. All the small pieces of the bearing got ground up into smaller pieces. It punched a hole in the MID PTO housing.
I drilled and Tapped the hole screwed in a bolt and sealed it with JB weld. The leak stopped. The gear that no longer had a bearing was bouncing all over on it's shaft. I decided to by pass the Mid PTO. To do that I had to get rid of the gear w/ no bearing. That bearing's soul purpose seems to be to just drive the midPTO, so I cut it off, and bolted the mid PTO housing back in place. Now the tractor will not shift the PTO on, The tractor will not move forward or reverse I can't raise or lower the 3 point hitch. Is there something I have disconected or is that little gear more important than I thought. Here are a couple of pics so you can see what I mean

this seems to be your MidPTO,did you remove #150,and it's 2 'support' bearings #160s ? If so , that doesn't explain HOW everything else won't work. Perhaps you 'relocates' the shift lever linkages somehow ?? Hmm, #100 is called a pipe,knock(?) did you put it back in ?

Yes Sir, I removed Gear #150 and both Bearings #160 blew apart. The bearing Shrapnel is what put the hole in the PTO housing.

Complete guess here but I think that gear #150 above is driven by gear #110 on shaft #80.

Perhaps that gear #110 or shaft #80 were stripped out at their interface and that is causing the problems???

The three point hitch issue is a hydraulic fluid issue.
Did you clean the screens, replace the filters and add new oil?

Does the pto engagement and selector levers move normally?

Yes, I cleaned screen, changed filter and added new fluid. The rear PTO shaft spins as it should, but you can't raise or lower the deck or 3 point hitch. I can shift into and out of low and high without depressing the clutch while tractor is running, like you can without tractor running. The levers seem to be moving properly

You have cavitated the pump.
You need to operate the loader (if equipped), the steering, and the three point to burp the pump and get to start moving fluid.
