I recently purchased an L3302 that was packaged with a Land Pride 1260. I didn't have the chance to do a lot of research ahead of time, but I am wondering if the 1260 is the wrong implement compared to the 15 series. Any thoughts?

I think it will be okay. It is a lighter duty box but for dragging driveways or dirt I don't see an issue. If you are hard on your implements, trying to push out stumps/ cut hardpack gravel etc. or something you might consider stepping up to the 15s which are heavier duty.

I was originally going to go with that series for my L2501 but I hated those “special clips” that they use to hold the scarifiers in with. So I ended up going with a Homestead BB instead.

My opinion is that a 5 footer (even that series) will be strong enough for your tractor.

You have a few more ponies than I, but I bet that BB will still “stop” your machine if it gets filled too much. (my 5 footer will….thats for sure ;) )

Have fun……. I wouldn’t concern myself with it. (y)

I used a 5 foot King Kutter on the L3200 I had to turn a corn field into a yard. The tractor lost traction before it abused the BB.

My BB1560 is the right weight, width, and capacity for my B2650. I'd say you'd do better with the 15 series.
