Need some help , I have a 2010 M7040N that recently keeps blowing the 5 amp ignition fuse when you go to start it . I was told it might be the battery and replaced that the other day , everything seemed to work fine but today the fuse blew a few times . Any ideas what this could be .
Thanks
Jerry

I don't have a schematic to that machine.

It sounds that the starter relay coil or terminal is shorted to ground.

Try disconnecting the starter relay, turn key to start, and see if the fuse blows. If it does, then it is likely in the wiring harness.

If not, then ohm the starter relay to see if any terminal connects to case or ground.

That's where I would begin.
