PTO Clutch never really disengages even with my switch in OFF position. If there is something with high enough load on the pto shaft (round baler) it will stop spinning - but not low load (a snowblower in the air). I've also got big time metal shavings in my filter. I'm thinking the pto clutch is shredded and the brake band might be causing the shavings. I have the service manual although it's not the most clear and I can't really find info online on servicing pto clutch. Just looking for some advice if anyone has opened one up.
