What are the steps in removing M6800 fuel tanks for cleaning. What do the tanks weigh?

Open-station full tanks hold around 140lb, cab tanks hold around 200lb. Left tanks are a bit bigger than rights. Left tank on a cab machine weighs only 30 lb empty so easiest handling is by draining tanks first.
