Thoroughly appreciate your post on the JD toolbox addition. Would like to repeat the scenario. Can you provide the build specs of the offset brackets you made to secure the box bar behind the seat, shown in your 2216 & 2217 images?

Thanks for your inquiry. The main pieces are 1.75 x 0.25 flats. The gussets (seen welded on in the photos in my original post) are 0.75 x 0.1875 flats. I made the bends using a Handy Bend brake in a 30 ton H press, so the bends are curved instead of sharp. See the photo below for the dimensions (zoom in to see the faint dimensions in pencil ) I was shooting for. You’ll have to adjust the dimensions to accommodate for more than one remote if necessary.
