I'm having a slight leak coming from the a spot directly under the shuttle valve. Doesn't appear to be coming from the shuttle valve itself, but from the part that the "DT rod" attaches to. I've circled it in red on the attached picture. Anyone know what that is?

Range shifter, there is a seal that is accessible from the outside.
Remove inside roll pin, then outside roll pin, lever the bolt and keeper and then seal.
