Just wanted to give an update and thanks to The Old Hokie we found that the draft and 3 point levers were frozen together and were moving together instead of separately. After talking to one of the mechanics at the local dealership and telling him this tractor was previously used inside of a chicken house he stated this is a common problem with the humidity and nitrogen content in chicken waste he has had several with this problem
