Are you very knowledgeable in hydraulics or just beginning to learn about them?
Have you done any pressure tests? If not, then that would be the place to start. Get a 3000 PSI gauge, a short piece of hose (with appropriate pressure rating, some people use a grease gun hose that is new), appropriate adapters, and a half quick disconnect (assuming that the FEL cylinders have quick disconnects) that is the same as the hose side of the disconnect. Take a FEL cylinder hose off and put the gauge in its place. Start tractor, raise RPM to ~2000 and activate the valve that feeds the gauge. Take a reading and then turn off the engine.
All of this assumes there is a relief valve somewhere bet the pump and the cylinder so you don’t damage the pump. If you are not sure if there is a relief valve somewhere, then come back with questions and post pictures of the hydraulic piping and valves.
And please explain what you mean that the “The loader runs off the rear remotes, but is weak and struggles to lift it squeals from the loader controls…”. Why is the FEL valve not the first valve after the pump, then the rear remotes, then the three point hitch?
