I just bought me a m4050and didnt get the manual . plan to do a fluid change on it. Does anyone know that oil I need to use to run in the motor and tranny ?

You could put 15W40 in the engine and a UDT in the transmission. Both you can find anywhere for alot cheaper then the dealer. Wal-mart has them cheap!

Engine oil must have a "C" rating for compression ignition. Chevron Delo or Shell Rotella satisfy the requirement.

Hydraulic oil is a matter of debate. You can buy cheap stuff at Sam's Club or Tractor Supply. Case, New Holland, and other tractor manufacturers have quality oil that is less expensive and just as good as Kubota UDT. Compare prices at different dealers.
