Ok, trying again on an old M series. This one an m4050dt with loader. Hours show 4300, but owner admits it hasn't worked for a couple years. Starts right up, runs great. loader is leaking down a bit. Slow, takes probably 90 seconds to drop 3 ft or so, I'm guessing seals in the valve.
Some paint fade, but nothing I'd consider horrible for a 30 year old tractor. Run strong, seemed to shift smooth, etc. Torn seat was about the only complaint I could find.
So, once again, it's kind of an old oddball, & not alot of comparable for sale locally. This one will be at an auction in a couple of weeks, so I don't even have a starting price point to think on. Was thinking / hoping ~$8500 might buy it? How far off base am I?
