I have a 2012 m110x with a loader. The front left drop gear case bearings keep going out. It has only 1500 hours on it and I will be replacing the bearings for the third time. The bearing on the end of the stub shaft gets ground to a pulp and ruins the stub shaft. The other bearings are fine beside metal shavings in them. The mechanics where I am at have no idea why it keeps going out. Any help would be appreciated.

Anytime I've seen that it's from the case being machined wrong so that something is out of line.

Might want to think about replacing the whole case assembly.

Maybe get the dealer to pitch in or give you a discount on the parts, or better yet find good used. ;)

Unless your day to day operation is doing something that really loads the left front down I say Wolfman has a good point. Normal use you shouldn't be having problems like that.

Also look at what the case is bolted too or the case itself. Is torque of the drive-line causing a loose something elsewhere to apply a torque onto the case which pushes it intto misalignment while under power. Something like a crack that allows movement where it shouldn't.
