New here. Hope this is the right spot. Have a kabota m108s. Wants to die when it's cold out. No vacuum when you open the fuel cap. Just happens when it's below freezing and you really need it to work. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I will bet it's water in the fuel system.
Give more details to how it dies.
Is it quick or slow?
Does it smoke before or after it dies?
Does it do it just at a cold parked start or does it do it after it's run a while?
Have you drained the separator?
Was there water in it?
Have you changed fuel filters lately?
