I recently just bought a brand new Lx 2610. The steering wheel will go back up out of the way all on its own without hitting the foot peddle. Anyone else have this problem? Already took it back to the dealer and they didn’t fix the issue. I have it apart now and I don’t see any issue, maybe it just needs to wear in it happens quite often while driving

Can't understand it would be difficult for the dealer to fix. If you look at the pieces the cause should be apparent. Looks like a simple spring and lever mechanism that releases a dog in a plate:

That’s what I thought I had it in for another issue at the same time, they addressed the other issue, but didn’t really fix the adjustable steering wheel. I was just curious if anyone else has had the same problem

There are 2 springs on it, make sure both are in place and not broken or missing.

Hum. I seem to recall a couple of folks posting about the same concern on here in the last year. IIRC, it was also for LX series tractors, but it “might” have been a B series. I think there was some sort of retrofit the dealer installed to address the issue. Search around a bit, you’ll probably find that/those threads.

Ask your dealer about TSB-2023-034-SA-R1, it pertains to the mandatory tilt steering spring replacement on some B and LX series tractors.
