I recently bought a Kubota L2501 with 250 hours from an individual.
I did the 200 hr service myself. This tractor runs great with full power for about 45 minutes then starts to miss and loose power and will barely run at much more than an idle. let it set for an hour and has full power again for another 45 min.
I replaced fuel and air filter, seemed to help a little. The only thing left to do is drain the fuel and put in new. I wondered if anyone has run across this problem? thanks, Bob Bates

Drain the fuel refill and treat with a biocide as it most likely has algae in the tank and likes. ;)

Or u could do alittle diagnostic work.??
Get a 5 gal. bucket & pull the line off before the filter & let it drain & watch the stream of fuel.. see if it slows down.?? U might have a floater in the tank or the fuel tank cap is creating a vacuum.{not vented}
Good luck.

Welcome to OTT
Check to be sure fuel tank is venting properly. Try operating engine with fuel tank neck covered by only a shop towel
