Jerry are you talking about steering column looseness? That is to say 12 o'clock to 6 o'clock movement without turning the wheel? I had that on my B1700. There are four bolts that secure the column that become loose. You must take off the instrument pod and with a long extension and ratchet tighten very snugly. Ask your service guy what MM socket and the torque is. This happened twice with me.... i had to increase torque beyond what Kubota says.
