Had a great day logging spruce from the plantation to make way for the shop. Had my son off on spring break to help.

And then, this happens...

It's punctured through. Air is coming out. No ballast fluid in the tire.

Any recommendation for on-site repair? Any special considerations?

Will call some local shops tomorrow.

Wow, that would take all 50 tire plugs for now, then an interior patch or tube later, but that's going to leave a high possible contamination hole, I look forward to the other responses. Tire looks newer.

That tire will need to come off and be patched. Some mobile repair services could do it on site.

Kubota sells a “magic tire sealant” that claims to be able to stop large punctures.

Not sure if it would work, but it might be worth a try.

They “claim” it works up to 5/8” diameter ….which it appears you might be approaching.

On a side note……….

Your picture looks like me “praying to God” that I don't hit my cottage just before I cut that tree down 5 years ago…..hahahahah
