Looking to buy a used 2008 Kubota BX24

It seems to be in great shape, used for around 200 hours. The seller is asking for 11,800, does that seem like a good deal?

There is an issue with the kubota which has prevented it from tracking hours used, any idea how much it might possibly cost to repair?

If I were to get about 100 hours of uses use out of the kubota, then looked to resell it, how much do you think it would be worth?
