BX1860 - Looking for Instrument Panel (K2771-99000) Installation Instructions

Hi-

As the subject implies, I'm looking for the install instructions for this instrument cluster (K2771-99000). I've contacted both Kubota Corporate, who told me to contact my dealer...seems corporate can't provide this info. So, I contacted my dealer, who did some searching with both parts technical and service technical. Both of which could not provide the instructions for this instrument cluster.

So I was wondering if anyone out there had a copy they could send me or post to this thread so I can take a look.

The backstory here is that I upgraded the instrument cluster in my BX1860 to this panel, but at the time, didn't grind down the part that I should have to make the panel fit correctly...at the time this was ok. I now have the entire dash off of the tractor and thought while I have this off, I mind as well put the panel in correctly. However I don't have the install instructions anymore and can't remember exactly what the part was that I had to grind down. Not wanting to blindly attack my tractor with a grinder, I thought I should ask here first.

It might help if the tractor model was included in the subject line to generate more responses.

Folks will likely recognize the model before the part number.

Any luck finding the installation instructions?

Perhaps its worth contacting a few dealers or maybe even Messick's to see if they can help.

Is the interference self evident when trying to install? If so, perhaps trial fit and see what needs to be removed. I'm guessing though there is something more critical or you wouldn't be asking for help.

Look at post number 7's attachment IN THIS OTHER OTT THREADand have your dealer look up that bulletin. In the attachment of that post it says please follow the attached instructions, with a service bulletin pdf file attached to it.
