I have a 2015 BX1880. I can not locate the HST filter. I think the attached files will upload showing the back end of the Kubota. I did not remove the drive shaft to a roto tiller.

The online manual that I found indicated the filter on the back of the machine. There are 60 hours on the meter and want to change the filter.

Perhaps this machine does not have a HST filter? Any help would be appreciated.

Try looking in front of the right rear tire, bight be under or between frame rails, that's where the HST unit is, it's not at the back of the tractor. ;)

As Wolfman noted, it's under the tractor, near the right rear tire. Don't forget the strainer screen on the opposite side, that requires the removal of a retaining bolt to pull the strainer out. Kubota recommends replacing the HST filter, cleaning the screen, and replacing the SUDT2 at 50 hours, along with engine oil & filter.

Thanks for the reply. The filter is on the rright side of the belly pto shaft under a skid plate. Had to remove the tires to use an impact wrench to remove the skid plate bolts which were on very tight.

Got it done, thanks again.
