Loader hydraulic hose pressure relief

After reinstalling the loader, How do you relieve the pressures in the hoses so the quick disconnects can be easily reconnected.

I would try turning on the key, then manipulating the joystick in all directions before starting the engine. When the engine is running the hydraulic system is functional.

I had that problem when reinstalling my bucket for the first time. I relieved the pressure by pushing up into the fitting with the piece of 1/4 round stock, the fluid came out and the pressure was relieved so the connection could be made.
