1995 B7100 HSD w/1630C loader. 1400 hrs.
Loader raise function has lost lifting power and is slow to raise up. Down pressure and speed normal. Bucket curl, dump and all other functions working as they should. Fluid topped off and hyd/filter changed. No leaks.
spool valve issue? Any help before I take apart the control valve would be great. Bought it new and stored inside.

There is nothing in that valve you can fix. My gurss is one or both lift cylinders are leaking internslly. Get a 3000 PSI pressure gauge and measure pressure at both of the boom work ports.

you could remove loader but keep lift cylinders attached and plumbed.
now 'cycle' (raise/lower) and see how the rams of the cylinders move.

you could swap hoses, see what happens.

Make sure your 3PT lever is centered and not bleeding off pressure to raise it. I find mine just off center many times.

Thanks! I’m all about trying to preserve my equipment. This machine has been awesome all these years. Years ago corrosion froze up the float valve. Easy fix w/spring and ball cleaning.
I will try a pressure gauge. Although it won’t show flow volume of course. Thanks again!

Yes, I have noticed the rear link will intermittently not work until the loader is toggled. Could be specific to this model maybe. Thanks for the suggestion 👍

My guess is you are losing pressure (lifting force) and flow (lifting speed) because both are bleeding off past the piston seals in one or both cylinders.. If you have proper pressure at the work ports it would go a long way to confirming my guess. If pressure is good next step would be a bypass test on the cylinders which is just as easy.

That's because the loader valve can block the 3pt but with that particular valve not the other way around. I had a B1630 on my B7200 and I am quite familiar with it. I also had and fixed your problem as well.
