I purchased my used L39 a few months ago and LOVE it! The loader control lever broke this past weekend however and I cannot seem to get to the broken part which seems to be under the rubber base. The loader will lift up fine but I cannot tilt it. the handle is simply limp side to side. No leaks and all other hydraulics seem fine so I think it is a mechanical part (pin or plate) broken in the joint at the base.
I don't know why but I am having a hard time finding guidance from my workshop manual on how to get the rubber off. Getting a parts manual is my next step. I have not been able to find the diagram on line.
Getting to the dealer during their open hours is tough so I was wondering if anyone has any thoughts/ suggestions on the cause and source to go to for the parts manual.

Thank you sooo much! I appreciate the help. I was able to fix it today! It turned out that the control lever cable threaded end had backed out at the hydraulic valve box below. An easy fix once I found it!
