What is the reason for people posting questions in the "profile posts" instead of posting the questions in the forums? The one thing that I find is that they rarely ever get a response.

I think it's because they get confused as to how things work.

Haha, I've been here for a while, I'm still cumfused.

Why not turn it off and eliminate the confusion? I doubt that any of the regulars would even know the difference. The only thing that I have seen ever posted is that sometimes a new person will do an introductory post, but even that can be incorporated into a forum.

My conclusion is that it’s because they’re smarter than I am.

I don’t have a clue what “profile posts” refers to with respect to OTT!

Of course, since I don’t know what profile posts means I might be guilty without knowing it!
