Laneshark mower and PTO driven auxiliary hydraulic pump

Wondering if anyone has a Laneshark and what they are using it for? How effective you think it is?
I'm looking at getting one along with an auxiliary Hydraulic unit that runs off the pto... anyone have this setup...from Messicks? Or some other implement with the auxiliary Hydraulic unit?

Considering the number of problems mating the shark to tractor's hydraulics, it makes sense to run of a PTO driven pump ,though you'll need a tank as well.

I have started thinking about a ditch bank flail mower. Depending on what you plan on mowing, that might be another option for you.
