Hello all. While mowing yesterday, the nut on the hitch pin on the inside of the mower where you attach the mower to the lower lift arms cam loose and I lost it. Can someone tell me what size/thread this is and whether I can get it at the hardware store or TSC or have to go to the Kubota dealer. I am not sure I am using the correct terms and I am attaching a photo that may help. This is a photo of the one from the other side from the one I lost. Thanks a lot.

It will be a standard nut - I don't know the size. Take the remaining nut to the hardware store to match. Note - it could be SAE or metric. Many are similar in physical size but you can't swap one for the other. Be sure the old nut and the new nut will turn onto the same bolt at the hardware store. Even Lowe's or Home Depot should be able to fix you up.

An educated guess says 1/2" NC (course thread). Available anywhere.

Suggest you provide mower model number in your post.

Hold a tape measure or ruler in front of the bolt when you take a picture.

...and if it came loose with the split lockwasher on the bolt, it probably wasn't tight enough. A dab of blue lock tite won't hurt either.
