EDIT: I just reread what you wrote.
Pic's distance looked the same till I looked again.
Each mount being off 1/2" makes a huge difference.

Take all the bolts out except close to the pipe, then rotate the mounts till you get the exact same measurement.
You will probably have to slot some holes to get it to bolt back up.

It would probably be better to just rotate one of the mounts, if you can.
Then slot that mounting holes trying to get at least one to not be slotted so it stays put.

One odd detail that has me a little puzzled.
Are the bolts you used SAE?
As they should be metric?

I was thinking about this and if I rotate one, then the bottom piece connecting both attachments won’t line up. If I do both, then it defeats the purpose and the gap will stay the same. This sucks. The bottom piece seems important in distributing the weight of the loader, I would have to modify this too.

Just loosen it, and I bet the arms will rotate. 😉

I just went and took more measurements. The steel tube/pipe is the same distance from the front axle (see pictures) but the arm the loader sits on and gets locked in has a 2 inch difference from left to right. The right side is further back. Weird. I wonder if this is also why you can put this loader on this tractor model.

do you think it will clear the bell housing? The notch is tight and not much room. But I’m willing to try.
Really sounding like you have a bad set of mounts?
Don't use the front axle as a reference point.
You need to use the front of the frame.
Don't measure to the pipe, measure to the mounting points.

I went and measured from the front frame to the original holes and they are exactly the same. I also measured from the end of the pipe to the frame and those are the same. I then measured from the part the loader sits in to the front frame and it’s off by 1 1/2 inches. It’s like it’s welded wrong. How weird. I also tried rotating but the bell housing doesn’t let you do it

Yes then very possibly you have a set of mounts that were built wrong.
Can you get some good pics of your measurements?
And if the tractor is on a fairly level piece of ground, take a level to the back of the mounts (up and down) and see how they compare.

I think I found someone that will “wash” the weld out, adjust, and weld it back together. He’s coming this weekend for measurements. I hope this is the last fix for this loader. Sometimes you win and sometimes you don’t. I guess it’s my turn to feel the pain

That was going to be my next suggestion.
If they cut the welds off where it attaches to the pipe, rotate properly then reweld you'll be in business!
