does anyone own the L5740HTSC?

Specifically how do you like it for snow removal both using the front mounted blower in deep snow?

What would you features would you like to see added?

Have you had any issues with it when using it heavily?

I have no first hand knowledge to offer. This guy Paul Short used his tractor to plow commercially and lives in Canada. He has a few plowing videos on Youtube as well as several videos on modifying Kubota tractors.

I use a open station L5740 HST and a rear mounted snowblower. Absolutely love the HST for snow. My driveway tends to have a mix of alternating deep and shallow drifts and my previous tractor had way too fast of a reverse gear. The HST lets me control the ground speed independently from the pto rotation. Awesome.

For moving snow, a cab and a front mounted blower sure couldn’t hurt.

50+ HP and HST is a good combo for snow blowing. You definitely want a cab - I spent many years without one and life is too short to waste time feeling wet, cold and miserable.

I installed studs on all four of my R4 tires and couldn't be happier, way better than worrying about my double ladder chains that walk around
