Hello, I'm a new owner of a L4701, and looking for some help determining what is leaking. The leak is somewhat underneath the seat, on the left side of the tractor. Any ideas?

The best way to determine where the leak is would be to pressure wash your tractor to get the suspected area clean. clean the floor, run the tractor for a bit, see where the first drip on the underside of the tractor forms and then you should be able to pin point the leak.

If you don’t have a pressure washer, brake clean is your friend. Spray off all the oil and do what Mountain Meadows says.

If the above info doesn't get you where you want to be sprinkle some baby powder in the nearby area after it's cleaned again. You'll see quickly what get dampened.
