L4701 dash noises after shutdown.

Does anyone with a L4701 or newer l series have strange relay clicking noises under dash for a few seconds after shutting engine off?

Could be a timer relay for the shut down circuit.

My 4701 does this also, ticking kind of sound. Figured it has something to do with the fuel or hydraulic pump.? Really don't pay attention to it anymore.

It is the electric fuel feed pump. It continues to pump fuel through most of the system, which acts as a coolant & carries heat away from certain components, after the engine is shut off. Nothing to worry about.
