L4630 dies when put in forward or reverse

Hey guys could use some help. I have a L4630 HST it starts and runs fine but when you put it in forward or reverse it dies. I think it probably a relay but not sure which one. I have a couple that I have changed behind the instrument cluster but didn't change anything. changed the fuel solenoid also so not that but you can hear it click or shut off as soon as you put it in gear with the key on even when its not running. I hate electrical crap. any information would be greatly appreciated.

Kubota has some complicated safety systems and I am not familiar with them since our Kubota is a 1979 M4500.
If the fuel solenoid is shutting the engine down when you "shift" into forward and reverse then I would think than the safety system thinks you are not in the seat. My best guess is that the seat switch is not closing to signal operator presence so the engine is shut down.

Adjustment or failure of the OP switch?

Not uncommon.

I am attaching a page from the WSM with a small section highlighted in yellow.
I have not dug into one of these systems for some time so I am just throwing out info.
The OPC timer causes a delay of one second. I mention this so you can pay attention to just how quickly the engine stops when you put it in forward or reverse. If the one second is what is happening, the system is working as designed and there is a unsatisfied safety switch.

Thank you for the help. I should have given correct information to start with it's a GST not an HST L4630 but anyway. The information did help it was doing exactly that, a second after putting it in forward or reverse it would die. It was the safety switch under the seat. I was thrown by hearing all the clicks from up front under the hood. Anyway thanks again.
