I'm hoping someone can help me with this. Recently my L4610 developed a major hydraulic leak where the delivery pipe connects to the hydraulic pump. I noticed the two bolts were somewhat loose and assumed it blew out the o-ring (p/n 04817-00180) Easy fix right? Well, after replacing the o-ring twice, i screwed up the first one by not having it seated properly, it still continues to pump fluid from the connection. I have ensured the o-ring is seated in the boss and the bolts are torqued to spec. Anyone out there have any ideas on why this would continue to leak? Thanks in advance!

Just guessing:
Delivery pipe could be cracked or otherwise damaged.
Pump could be cracked or otherwise damaged.
Delivery pipe flange could have been over tightened or tightened with some obstruction thus bending flange plate and therefor not letting it seat the O-ring.

Thanks Wolfman,
I have confirmed no damage to pipe or flange. Its a little hard to say if the pump housing is cracked without removal. Is it possible that it's getting over pressurized somehow? what would cause that? faulty relief valve?
