Have a 1984 L345DT with FEL and backhoe, started up recently, sounds great.
The backhoe is an L4510 with its own PTO driven hydraulic pump and reservoir.
I have the L4510 backhoe manual, which covers the backhoe and subframe attachment, and I've reviewed it.
Seen the newer subframe attachment which looks very simple. I think mine is not quite as simple.
Does anyone here have any experience attaching/detaching this backhoe and tractor combination?
Is there anyone in the neighborhood of Eugene, Oregon who is familiar doing this?
At some point, I will need to replace the hydraulic hoses, change the oil/filter, and probably rebuild the backhoe hydraulic cylinders.
For right now, I'm thinking to take it off to service it, and while it's off, use a disc/harrow or cultivator.
I also want to put on a quick attach hitch with hydraulic top link to make it easy to put on 3 point implements.
If I put on a rear quick hitch with hydraulic top link, will that get in the way of attaching the backhoe later on?
I'll have more questions about the rear quick hitch and hydraulic top link with rear remote hydraulics later.
Appreciate any advice and help.
