I sent reply, I guess it didn't send. That is correct, those are the readings I got for pressure and flow
There is no change in loader operation when hoses were switched.

None of thiz is adding up.

You have flow and pressure but the loader and 3pt dont work.

Swapping the hoses takes the 3pt and anything else diwnstream out of the lift circuit.

Do you have a third function on tje hoses with loader.

Have you checked that the four quick connects on the loader hoses are on the correct ports on the loader valve?

No third function , the quick connects on loader valve have color coded rubber plugs on valve and connector. They matched so I "assumed" they are correct. Do I need to verify the hoses on loader valve are routed correctly?

You should be good as long as the colors on the work ports match. Zivassume you have not disconnected those hoses any place else. Just for reference take an overhead picture of them.

We have already covered the other three hoses and they dont have quick couplers but it may be time to look at them again. I have put that off because testing them in operation can get a little messy.

When you mentioned third function, I flashed on two hoses that run to the back of tractor. They are connected together. I upload pictures. One of the two connected hoses runs to the red marked connection on block. The other hose connects to loader valve at the port in foreground of photo.

ARRG! I thought we eliminated this possibility early on but apparently not.

That is a power beyond loop for something like a backhoe and that coupler my well be the problem. Reseat the coupler and test the loader and 3pt.

If things are still not working after reseating tue coupler disconnect the "red" hose on the outlet block and stick it in a bucket. Start the tractor and do a timed flow test like before.

So those two hoses are supposed to be connected? You want me to uncouple and recouple this connection? Then check operation and flow check, yes?

Based on your description that hose goes from the PB port on the loader valve to the rear coupler and loops back to the C port on the hydraulic outlet block.

The coupler must be connected at all times to complete the PB circuit. If it is not cinnected the PB circuit is blocked and the loader and 3pt will not work. Thats why I asked about a backhoe early on.

So yes uncouple and recouple the QC and recheck loader and 3pt operation. If things start working nothing more is required.

If things are still not working disconnect the RED hose at C and check flow using the bucket method.

I reseated quick coupler and no change on loader.
I disconnected red hose stuck it in bucket, ran at full throttle for 20 seconds. Bucket has 3 gallons of fluid .
